Booked the hotel for its great and comfy location right by Silver Beach at St. Joes, the mall, and the best beaches. Staying within a 15-minute stroll from an enclosed shopping mall was a big advantage.

Enjoyed my such great stay for two nights on a family trip. The location was great, very close to Silver Beach at St Joes-again, many restaurants and a Walmart and southwest Michigan and easily accessible. And it was at a moderate distance from Bob Evans, ate there couple of times.

The mattress was very comfortable. The room was nice.

The room wasn't as clean as expected. The microwave was dirty as was the fridge. The person at the front desk came by to clean them, which was greatly appreciated. I went to plug in my computer, there was a lot of dust on the other cords. When it was asked to change the sheets and towels, I expected the floor to be vacuumed while I was out of the room, it wasn't. Just for your information, the lobby was very musty smelling.

Great location close to attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a king-size bed. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh and delicious options. a pleasant stay.

There was no shuttle service provided. The main bedroom area felt a bit dark with the curtains closed, a lamp near the windows would have been helpful.

Hot water was way too hot, someone could get burned. Toilet paper was so thin I don't know how it could get any thinner, did they buy it from China.

Fantastic place to stay for a night with friendly and attentive staff. The room facing the street was well-kept. Clean pool and convenient on-site parking. Reliable wifi is available.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the lake, restaurants, theaters, and even a gas station. The room I stayed in had a microwave and a pull-out sofa sleeper, which was convenient.
